FixtureWare™ software was created specifically to be used with the Fixture Motion.
Wire Wrap Machine and Automatic Fixture Verifier. All of our software is designed
to operate on an IBM style computer using Microsoft Windows. Our software and
machines require no special hardware to be installed in the computer. All communications
between the P.C. and our machinery takes place using an available USB or RS232 port.
 FixtureWare is able to directly import ASCII
files, Hewlett Packard Wires files, Genrad NAR files, Teradyne Momentum files and
WireProQC Sequence files. |
 After importing, the operator is able to create
a wire order. Parameters include which plate to use for the order, from which corner
of the specified plate, and by rows, columns or a simple spread out. |
 During the actual wire wrap process the view
of the monitor is upgraded with each operation. A full screen view of the plate
being wired at this time is created. Color of the background, non wired pins, pre
wired pins, pin being wired and post wired pins can be selected in the "VIEW - OPTIONS"
menu. |
 The view can be set to a zoom magnification
by the operator enabling them to see the arrangement of surrounding pins. |
 The operator can also create a split screen
of the view with separate zoom ratios as seen here.
